This will be the first time in Lansing, Michigan for many of the guests. To help people find places to eat or kill time, Ed made a Google Map with some useful locations marked.

This is what 12 days til the wedding and a house two weeks without a dryer looks like:

Don’t worry, our landlord is on it and a replacement dryer part is on its way. For now, it looks like we live in an old tenement – at least until the laundry dries. On a more positive note, things are coming together for the wedding. I’m very relieved that yesterday was the day winter decided to rear its head. Cross your fingers that we won’t have another one of those come the first weekend in March!

Sorry for the dark photo, but here’s Ed sporting his wedding suit. It’s currently at the tailor’s as is my dress. Both of our outfits will be ready by Valentine’s Day. Aww. 😉
